The Estes SpaceShipOne is a 1:30 scale version of the famous Scaled Composites Ansari X PRIZE competition spaceship. Designed by Burt Rutan, this is the first privately funded spaceship to reach outer space. The Estes rocket duplicates the unique design and blasts to 400 feet into the air using an Estes B or C engine and is recovered with a colorful, fully assembled parachute.

This is a Skill Level 2 kit and is built using glue, modeling tools and paint. After it's constructed and painted, simply apply the authentic decals and you have an accurate scale replica of an official Ansari X PRIZE spacecraft. Now it's your turn to Race Into Space and claim the $10 Million X PRIZE! Assembly required. Glue, finishing supplies and launch supplies - not included.
